In the November issue, the magazine "Gusto" decided to dedicate an article to the reality of our company.
Poggio Molina has been taken to represent all those companies that, aware of the new consumer awareness in the choice of products, have decided (in our case since the beginning) to carry out the entire production chain on site and to inform their customers about the raw materials used and the processing techniques.
Renato Ferretti's article highlights the strong link of our company with the territory and the tradition, a link that is indissolubly reflected in our products, with a particular attention to our "Lo Scopaio".
An acknowledgement that gives us great strength and pride and that allows us to continue with even more enthusiasm on this road!
