OUR WINES CELLAR IN TUSCANY
The ageing and refinement of the product in large oak barrels (typical of the traditional Tuscan method) and in French barriques is completely artisanal. In the ageing room you are immersed in a timeless atmosphere where the wood refines the goodness of the product under the watchful eyes of the historical owner of the place, Alessandra Mari, depicted in a tribute fresco by the master Giovannino Franchi, inside the barrel room.
The chain then moves on to bottling, which is carried out in compliance with the highest standards of hygiene and quality, thanks to the contribution of special machinery and equipment. We then move on to the storage of the bottles for refinement in glass and, finally, to labelling and packaging. The whole chain is directly managed, in order to make sure that, for each production phase, the product respects the desired quality standards.
