The Bossini-Gori family, owners of the estate, take direct care of every stage of production, dedicating all their resources to the production of high quality wines, the result of research into grape varieties appropriate to the territory and the perfect combination of production processes and the potential of the place.

At the centre of the Tuscan winery is the manor house, dating back to around 1700 (although earlier historical sources date the first settlement as far back as 1300). The recently built cellars are annexed to the manor house: on the lower floor there is the wine-making room, equipped with the most modern technologies for wine production, and the barrique cellar, a place where wood and time refine the goodness of wine. On the upper floor, however, is the receptive part, with a large tasting room and a beautiful terrace overlooking the heart of the vineyards.

The Tuscan winery is entirely managed by the Bossini-Gori family, who devote all their resources to the production of high quality wines, the result of the search for the right grape varieties appropriate to the territory.

All the vineyards and the blends of the three top red wines (Vinobono, Lo Scopaio and Le Caldie) have been studied and created under the supervision of oenologist Dr. Stefano Chioccioli.

Currently all the production is followed by the oenologist Dr. Roberto Muccifuori who, thanks to his great experience in the production of sparkling wines, has allowed us to expand the range of our products.

Every stage of production is taken care of directly: we cultivate the vines, we harvest, we vinify in our cellar and finally, only if the wine is up to expectations, we personally proceed to bottling, labelling and storage.
