Poggio Molina

Fruit of a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Souvignon,
is a dark ruby red wine, with violet notes.

The ageing in oak barriques for 24 months and the refinement in bottles for at least 6, give it a complex and elegant perfume, fruity and with a sweet spicy taste. On the palate it is soft, with a persistent aftertaste.

Its charm lies precisely in the calibrated fusion of its components.

A perfect product for meats that have important cooking and for cheeses.

Cabernet Franc, which is predominantly present in this wine, perfectly represents the minerality of our territory, softened by the notes of Merlot and the liveliness of Sangiovese.

The ageing in large oak casks and in barriques of 2nd passage give the wine its intense ruby red colour and fruity bouquet, with notes of tobacco and cinnamon.

A strong and vigorous wine, it is perfect for meats that are cooked simply, first and foremost the Florentine steak, but also for first courses with meat sauces and semi-mature cheeses.

A perfect expression of Tuscan character, this Sangiovese sweetened by a low percentage of Alicante Bouschet is a fiery red vermilion color.

Its aroma recalls sour cherry, with floral notes. Maturation in steel tanks makes it a forthright and young product, perfect for pairing with first courses.

A wine that fully represents the tradition and the territory, it has the classic characteristics of Chianti, the result of working with almost pure Sangiovese.

The elevation takes place in large oak barrels, typical of the classic Tuscan method. The color is ruby red, the scents are ample and fruity.

On the palate it has a harmonious taste, with the typical tannin of Sangiovese in evidence. It is the ideal product to accompany the typical Tuscan chopping board of cold cuts and cheeses, but also for meats that are cooked simply.

The combination of Alicante Bouschet and Sangiovese gives life to this product of great drinkability.

The color is the result of the prevailing grape variety and is a beautiful intense ruby red. Its bouquet is ample and persuasive, making it a product which, although simple, is extremely captivating.

Its medium structure and the excellent combination of tannin and acidity make it perfect for first courses and red meats.

The pride and joy of the company's production, it was first produced in 2002 following an unfavorable year for classic production, when an extremely sunny November allowed the bunches of grapes remaining on the vine to wither and be harvested.

The result is in this late harvest Merlot, whose color, dark red with amber tones, is the result of aging in oak barrels for 50 months.

Its sweet, soft and extremely structured taste make it a perfect product to accompany desserts at the end of a meal, especially if it is dry pastry. In contrast, however, it is perfect with very mature cheeses.

Produced with the only grapes that characterize its name, this wine vinifies and ages in steel tanks for about a year and is then refined in the bottle for at least three months.

The simplicity of the working process allows the vine to fully express its characteristics, creating a product with a fruity aroma and intense notes of banana.

In the taste, the typical minerality of Chardonnay stands out, making it a perfect wine to accompany fish, but also white meat.

Its name recalls the Tuscan tradition in the production of white wine.

Arrogante is the result of a blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano, the vines typically cultivated by Tuscan sharecroppers for their family's needs. The color is straw yellow, with small green reflections.

The scent recalls the yellow apple and its taste is perfectly balanced between the tastiness of Trebbiano and the sweetness of Malvasia. The combination is excellent with white meats and particularly roasts.

Sangiovese in purity, produced thanks to the vinification and subsequent maturation in steel, is a fresh product, perfect to accompany aperitifs.

Soft red color and fruity aroma.

The freshness prevails over the slight tannicity and its harmonious and dry taste make it more than appreciated even by hardcore red wine lovers.

Our Belle Bolle, created entirely in our company in Tuscany, is the result of the oldest processing method for the production of classic method sparkling wine.

The second alcoholic fermentation takes place naturally on the yeasts and the product continues to undergo this process for a long time before the "degorgement".

The result is a brut classic method sparkling wine that has nothing to envy to the great wines created with the champenoise method, of high quality, with a fine and persistent perlage and a harmonious and balanced structure.
