"HANDS ON" COOKING CLASS WITH CHEF & SOMM
Participants will learn how to make a schiacciata with vegetables, a fresh pasta with its sauce and a typical dessert, guided by Chef Francesca (multilingual) and will enjoy at the table the dishes prepared with the combination of our wines, followed by our Sommelier Barbara who will add to the experience some pills on the techniques of food and wine pairing and how to properly taste a wine.
"TRUFFLE HUNT" WITH LUNCH / DINNER TASTING
Know and find the truffle through a simulation with Tartufaio and his faithful companion Lagotto. The truffles collected will be used in the preparation of dishes and combined with our wines by our sommelier.
"MUSHROOM HUNT" WITH LUNCH/TASTING DINNER
Learn how to look for mushrooms thanks to the master mushroom maker! The collected mushrooms will be used in the preparation of dishes for tasting with our sommelier.
Wine lesson with our Somm Barbara (with slides/video projector and certificate of attendance). Start at 10:00 a.m. Duration lesson 1 hour and half/2 hours. Walk through the vineyards and visit to the winery with explanation of the production processes. Lunch with tasting of 6 wines and hints about food and wine pairing techniques.
