GASTRONOMY COUPLING: Perfect with roast withe meat, but also with fish.
COLOUR: Straw-yellow, with light green glare
SMELL: Fruity, also recall yellow apple.
TASTING: Fresh and full of taste, typical traits of Trebbiano, mitigated by the floreal notes of Malvasia.
