It is a fresh product, perfect foraperitifs. Soft red color and fruity aroma. The freshness prevails on light tannins and its harmonious and dry taste make it more than appreciated even by the ferrier lovers of red.

Description

PRODUCTION AREA:   BUCINE,  AREZZO ITALY

HEIGHT:   From 250 to 300 metres

EXPOSURE:   South – South East and South -west

SOIL: Middle mixture

GRAPE BLEND:  Sangiovese

GRAPE HARVEST: From the end of September to the end of October

VINIFICATION: In steel tanks. The temperature is controlled by computer.

BOTTLE AGING: For 3 months at least

TOTAL ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 13 %

TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 10°- 12° C.

GASTRONOMY COUPLING: Perfect for aperitifs, particularly with Tuscan cured meats and cheeses

 

ORGANOLEPTIC TRAITS:

COLOUR: Onion skin pink.

SMELL:  Wide and fruity.

TASTING:  Fresh, dry and full of taste, lightly tannin.
