VINIFICATION: In steel tanks. The temperature is controlled by computer.
WOOD AGING: In 1st and 2nd use barriques and large French oak barrels for 12 months.
BOTTLE AGING: 3 months at least
TOTAL ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 13.50
TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 18° – 19° C
GASTRONOMY COUPLING: First courses with game sauce, red and white meat.
COLOUR: Intense rubin red with elegant purple traits
SMELL: Red currant which immediately gives way to tobacco and cinnamon flowers. It has the mineral pureness of Cabernet Franc, the fragrance of Merlot and the vivacity of Sangiovese.
TASTING: Elegant with medium-density sweet tannin balanced to acidity. Sweet and persistent fruity aftertaste.
