GASTRONOMY COUPLING: All red meats and matured cheeses
COLOUR: Inky ruby red with purple notes.
SMELL: Elegant, complex, intense, fruity with a finish of sweet spice.
TASTING: Soft, wide and sweet. Tannin is in balance with the sweetness wine. Rich in fruity and spicy sensations at the end of the mouth. Smoky notes lightened by sweet coffee, cardamom and blackberry. Long lasting, persistent.
